If you are not satisfied with Resumi Pro for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply contact us and we will process your refund promptly.
To request a refund, contact us at support@resumi.app with your Paddle transaction ID or purchase confirmation email. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically completed within 5-10 business days.
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and refund transactions on our behalf.
